To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為疫情期間，坐在室內吃飯不太方便，為了慶祝生日，所以專門選了這家戶外的餐廳來吃飯。真心不愧是五星級的酒店。餐廳的裝修是簡潔的路線，但是給人高雅的感覺。播英文歌和整個餐廳的氣氛非常的協調。我們點了一瓶紅酒，紅酒的價格也就大概是500塊錢左右一瓶。叫了三款不同的生蠔，三款都非常的新鮮，肉質非常鮮嫩，而且飽滿。吉利推薦的是龍蝦，龍蝦的肉質很新鮮很鮮嫩。個人覺得凱撒沙律，一般因為上面沒有撒上芝士粉。其實在這裡吃飯格調賸餘食物，因為坐在泳池旁邊，令人覺得格外的愜意。因為是疫情的特殊時期，所以來光顧的人並不多。很喜歡這種清靜的感覺。
