今餐晚餐好特別,食之前要探下路😝先黎到饒宗頤文化館入口,見到有路牌教轉右搭升降機,出LIFT後直行一段路仔終於到達餐廳。如果唔係朋友帶路,冇諗過饒宗頤文化館裡面居然會有高質餐廳,真係有食神😜今次叫左2個MAIN,分別為蘋果木煙燻美國野雞($238)、自家製意粉配慢煮八爪魚‧海膽汁($228)餐包🍞:先免費送上餐包,麵包夠鬆軟,搽上自家製牛油,唔會太硬搽唔均勻,味道香滑😁蘋果木煙燻美國野雞🍎🌳🍗:呢道菜有驚喜,因為需要用上蘋果木煙燻雞肉,故製作需時。上菜時職員拎出一個好大嘅鍋,打開個蓋就聞到勁香嘅木烤味道😍然後職員再將煙燻雞肉放上配菜碟上面,非常吸引🤩以蘋果木煙燻出黎比起普通煎烤方式,更加增添風味,墨西哥醬搽滿晒雞肉,味道香濃入味🤤至於雞肉肉質嫩滑無比,伴碟配菜都唔簡單,椰菜仔、粟子粒都幾好味😋自家製意粉配慢煮八爪魚‧海膽汁🐙🍝:賣相簡單,但見到個質感都知個醬汁係非常之CREAMY😋呢到個意粉係自家製,比起食開現成嘅意粉粗身少少,口感豐富D😉而且每一條都掛滿海膽醬汁,味道均勻唔算太濃太搶味,裡面仲有D八爪魚粒同蟹肉食下,口感彈牙又鮮甜👍🏻補張合照😎環境寬敞座位舒適,色彩配搭特別得黎又幾襯

加一後埋單$513,以呢個價錢食到FINE DINING高水準質素食物都算唔錯。職員服務態度幾好,REFILL WATER都幾快,適當時機就會幫忙收碟👍🏻
