To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

某一天的午飯,獨個兒來到這間「洞天冰室」解決。冰室名為洞天,是否別有洞天,我當然不知道,但這天的午市套餐中,有一款是「四寶飯」。好一段日子沒吃過這類雜錦碟頭飯了,那便試試這「四寶飯」,看看是否有寶吧!原來這舊區舊舖舊式冰室的「四寶飯」所指的,是叉燒數件、紅腸三塊、炸雞翼一隻和七成熟煎荷包蛋一隻。飯下了豉油汁,加上荷包蛋的蛋汁撈勻後,味道尚可,叉燒當然不會太靚,幸好肥瘦比例尚佳,還算可以,炸雞翼與紅腸則是一般貨色,那就不用多提了。這兒的「例湯」味道自然,看來沒有下過「師傅」,是及格的例湯,不過「熱奶茶」水準則欠佳,茶味帶澀,亦欠濃滑,未如人意。這人世間,又哪來什麼洞天福地,哪有什麼奇珍異寶呢!

飯下了豉油汁,加上荷包蛋的蛋汁撈勻後,味道尚可,叉燒當然不會太靚,幸好肥瘦比例尚佳,還算可以,炸雞翼與紅腸則是一般貨色,那就不用多提了。

Other Info. : 翻看這冰室過去的食評,原來都有不只一人寫過這裡的「四寶飯」,原來以前的「四寶飯」是有豬扒的,不過現在已換了其他東西了。
