我個fd係食肉獸,所以今日搵燒肉食,search到元朗呢間燒肉店,除左食燒肉,仲有活白鰻魚,試下先。安格斯牛頸脊,配燒肉汁,個牛味重,肉質食落又軟腍。厚燒牛舌心,食落爽口得黎又夾住啲脂肪。柚子胡椒蜜糖五花肉,個柚子好突岀好清新,原本五花肉好多脂肪個種油膩感中和左,配搭得好好。蕯摩赤雞腿肉,好厚雞脾肉,配上秘製鹽醬,正!海苔米飯,有紫菜、芝麻、成個飯好香脆。砵仔蒜茸牛油野菌,成盤燒好方便,仲要濃濃蒜茸味,拌飯一流。活白鰻魚,壓軸呢個白鰻原條上,仲有好多肉,食落係爽架索索聲,正宗新鮮活鰻就係咁啦,除左鰻魚汁,配白胡椒食都好正!飲品就叫左水果茶、百香果茶,飲品都好靚仔。
