To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Fatbrown 好耐以前食過幾次周記，都覺得幾好食以前食嘅時候好多人排隊，今次去開西環經過嘅時候見到無人排隊，突然間好掛住佢個溜心西多士，就入左去食喇<香芋西多士$34>Fatbrown 好耐之前食過周記的流心奶皇西多士，一路都念念不忘，今次黎到一定要再試下佢個西多士今次見到有新野-香芋西多士，Fatbrown 身為專業foodie，一定要好好試下香芋西多士無令Fatbrown 失望，一切開紫色的香芋餡新鮮熱辣辣咁流出黎，相比奶皇餡，Fatbrown 更鍾意香芋tim ，因為香得黎無咁甜timmm <鴛鴦燒賣$30>鴛鴦燒賣分別係蟹子燒賣同埋黑松露燒賣，Fatbrown 覺得佢個燒賣冇咩特別，同出邊食嘅差唔多不過豬肉用咗半肥瘦豬肉，所以都幾好食嘅<鮮竹卷$24>鮮竹卷用嘅先祝真係好新鮮，外面揸到脆脆地裏面仲係滑脫脫，餡料同出邊嘅都大同小異，味道唔錯
