To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前就會食多啲周記，呢幾年就少咗，嗰日心思思想食個流沙西多士，所以就嗌左外賣。但係唔知係今次失水準嘅，定佢真係轉變左風格。。。個樣其實都係好靚嘅，都係炸到金黃色，令人好有食慾，但係一切呢。。。佢係有超級爆汁嘅感覺，爆汁梗係正啦，但係佢真係好似over曬🤣🤣 因為佢啲汁係超級水，仲要係超級多，漏到個發泡膠盒好似水浸咁。。。可能我影嘅相睇唔出啦，但係佢流出黎嘅真係過分多，同埋佢啲味就變咗超級稀，冇咗個種流沙的味道🥲🥲🥲 變得唔好食我明明記得以前都唔係咁㗎！咁個麵包皮炸得就好食嘅，但係入邊的餡真係令人大失所望啊！但係個魷魚就好食嘅，咖喱好正，魷魚都好好味，呢個值得嗌！
