To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於西環既周記點心茶餐廳自從比新假期介紹完之後就客似雲來，星期日已經一早去，但係都係仲要等位…仲要等成幾廿張枱…費時等啦所以我地買左外賣係門口食。上網見佢個奶皇流沙西多士好出名，岩晒啦就叫左呢個!睇樣就好似無乜特別，西多士樣咁。點知一界開之後D奶皇流晒出黎，仲聞到好香既奶皇味!!!!! 雖然係炸左既麵包，但佢仲保留住一陣麵包香味!熱騰騰既西多士，裡面流出金黃的奶皇，實在太好味喇！好多人可能怕奶皇甜，但係我就覺得呢個西多士絕對無呢個問題，一D都唔甜，又唔係好油膩，女仔食完應該都可以食多一份!下次有機會再試埋其他味先!
