To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

周記點心終於搵到人同我入西環食周記！星期四三點去到，排左兩個字就入得啦！黎到緊係要食最出名的奶黃流沙西多士。奶黃流沙西多士 $28哇真係好澎湃😍，一切下，金黃色的奶黃瞬間流出，西多士炸得香脆，流沙奶黃餡味道濃香，係正既😋鴛鴦燒賣 (黑松露+蟹籽) $26食完奶黃流沙西多士，再食點心，呢籠燒賣就比較一般，同出面茶樓冇大分別，黑松露味道不突出，質素只屬普通。------------------------------周記點心 (西環)西環西營盤水街東利大厦地下H1號舖
