To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

樽仔奶茶 (下午茶+$6)膠樽裝著實色的奶茶 放入雪櫃而不加冰唔會溝淡左老實講有啲似冰鎮奶茶 都是不加冰不加水的構思奶茶的奶和茶平衡得不錯 不過個人就覺得甜左少少銀針粉淡而無味 感覺太油膩了價錢中等 單點或下午茶加配也不特別抵左 一試無妨流沙奶皇西多士 ($22)炸版流沙奶皇包 又到流心又係金黃誘惑嘅時間西多士下單製作 期間很想加點一籠流沙包食住先端上眼前後看見中央卜了起來 凸起一個小圓山丘多士金黃油亮而邪惡 看得出是兩片方包夾奶皇餡切開西多後奶皇便滿溢流瀉 卜起的位置緩緩下降一口沾上餡 入口香脆奶皇鹹香 滑溜油多 奶味濃郁幸好入口少膩叫人暫時忽視罪惡感但食曬幾頂胃都算係食翻個廿零三十蚊嘅平民下午茶的好選擇兩個人一份都好漏 好彩冇叫流沙包 食三四籠已經幾飽
