To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個地方我未嚟過，一心只想食海鮮同行吓睇吓，香港食海鮮比較出名嘅地方我都會想試吓，多數都會比較偏遠，呢一站嚟到流浮山。嚟到已經係夜晚，好多舖頭都閂晒門，我哋隨便揀咗間坐低食海鮮。餐廳嘅枱布係綠白色格仔好懷舊，客人唔多，只有幾枱，我哋兩個人揀咗啲海鮮，另外再叫咗半隻雞，味道唔錯但都幾細碟，埋單嘅價錢可以接受嘅。半斤蝦，蝦肉新鮮彈牙，份量有啲少。豉椒炒蟶子，幾惹味。蒜茸粉絲蒸扇貝，蒸得唔錯，清清哋，粉絲吸晒扇貝鮮味。怕唔夠飽叫多半隻雞，雞肉都幾韌，味係夠嘅。鮑魚蒸得唔錯。斑仔都蒸得幾滑。
