去花墟年宵前先到MOKO搵食先, 好耐無食台灣野就試下呢間牛肉麵, 好似係台灣餐廳黎....等左15分鐘左右就入到去, 我叫左紅燒腱心半筋半肉牛肉麵, 男朋友叫左三寶麵, 兩款都係紅燒湯底, 我地分別叫左手工麵同幼麵, 試下有咩分別~~~等左一陣2碗麵就到了, 紅燒湯底帶有少少辣味, 我自己略嫌有少少咸…紅燒腱心半筋半肉牛肉麵有牛肉、牛筋各2舊, 牛肉、牛筋炆到好淋, 一咬就化開, 不過我略嫌紅燒湯底濃得濟遮左D牛味, 幼麵係拉麵的質感, 都算好食至於男朋友個碗三寶麵,內含腱心、牛肚、牛筋, 都係炆到好淋, 牛肚都算大塊同食得出係新鮮的, 非常掛湯~手工麵原來係厚+大塊版既刀削麵咁, 幾特別…但由於價錢我覺得唔算平, 所以可能食一次就算
