海港城地下位置個風景好靚每間餐廳都有一定有望海既位置今次試日本札幌過江龍拉麵 12點到無咩人排隊入到去店員帶位 坐係吧枱可以望到廚師打仗因為佢地絕對唔係休閑 係不停淥麵煎餃子🥟所以坐依個位唔會係一種享受 唔似食omakase 前菜-甜辣小蝦沙律$38出乎意料地好食 依款沙律用左波菜絲切得幾幼身 沙律醬用左蛋黃醬而且比較多 再加上有香辣脆脆既小蝦同麵酥 所以拌勻之後每啖又有蛋黃醬既甜味同辣蝦味 好味香港限定之辛辣味噌蝦湯拉麵 $88第一次試我就咩都唔加 唔轉 唔改試左啖湯 個湯底好濃郁蝦膏味同辛辣味 之後夾起一箸麵仲有啲蝦仔黏住同埋好掛湯 每碗都有半隻糖心蛋同2塊豚肉 所以唔額外加都可以 豚肉好薄身但脂肪同肉都好平均
