To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得一日早咗食lunch就得登揾一啲平時排到好長龍既舖頭試吓即刻就諗起熊拉麵💛睇完餐牌決定試試魚介熊拉麵🍜上菜速度都好快一陣間就準備好第一下聞到嘅係魚油香之後係火炙既味道火炙過既叉燒好香,不過一片略嫌太少麵既粗幼我選擇咗1.5 mm,普通硬度咬感唔錯成碗麵我最深刻嘅係個湯底好濃郁,屬於杰身既一飲落去會有啲微微既粒粒而且飲完唔會口渴我覺得呢個湯底甚至比起某啲舖頭嘅沾麵湯汁更濃厚我個人好喜歡,值得推介💛但係我都認同之前有啲comment所講員工態度要注意吓好多時間佢哋都自己掛住傾偈我斟水既時候因為水壺裝得太滿而倒瀉咗倒到一枱都係水但係員工們無人留意到,無一個人嚟幫我抺直至佢上我碗麵嘅時候見到我喺度努力咁抹枱先去拎毛巾當時舖頭只有我同另一個客人希望舖頭方面睇到comment會留意吓

第一下聞到嘅係魚油香
之後係火炙既味道
火炙過既叉燒好香,不過一片略嫌太少
麵既粗幼我選擇咗1.5 mm,普通硬度
咬感唔錯
成碗麵我最深刻嘅係個湯底
好濃郁,屬於杰身既
一飲落去會有啲微微既粒粒
而且飲完唔會口渴
我覺得呢個湯底甚至比起某啲舖頭嘅沾麵湯汁更濃厚
我個人好喜歡,值得推介💛
