To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳係我最鍾意嘅台菜之一,地方寬敞,一踏入店內就會感受到店主嘅悉心佈置,喺每一個角落都放滿古物,無論係櫃上嘅放音機同舊式電話、窗邊嘅乾花同牆上嘅舊式郵箱,都帶有濃濃嘅懷舊風,令人想去每個角落都坐一下,好好欣賞店主嘅心思🥰連筷子🥢都好有心思,每隻都刻有唔同字句,我嘅係大快朵頤、不能浪費,啱哂我😛套餐好豐富,跟餐配三碟小菜,分別係椰菜、薯仔絲同蕃茄仔,味道中規中矩,不過不失。滷肉煮得好軟稔綿滑,香濃入味😋滷排骨同樣入味,但略嫌薄左少少,如果用厚切排骨會更吸引🙊紅肉番石榴係我最喜愛嘅台灣生果,去遊行時見到總要買返個,即場請商販切埋加酸梅粉食😛滋味倍增!芭樂沙冰果味鮮甜濃郁,一飲就知真係用鮮果打成,面頭仲有鮮果粒,解我相思之苦😋另外好欣賞佢用雙層玻璃杯裝飲品,保溫效果好,又唔會因為杯面有倒汗水而搞到隻手濕哂😊好細心!
