進入餐廳被那壓埸日本風吸引著、回想起二年前去金澤時、也嚐過浜燒、內裡装潢有點相似、不知味道又如何呢?來一客醒胃海鮮沙律、那酸甜有道的醬汁、配合得天衣無縫。剌身只要新鮮就無可挑釁了。三文魚有著彩麗的色澤、肥美肥美!晶瑩剔透的帆立貝、鮮嫩無比!肥美的油甘魚、那油脂滿腔、幸福滿瀉。象拔蚌比較腥了點! 浜燒蟹膏是我最期待的。選了兩種味道、有蟹味噌甲羅燒和南瓜蟹肉甲羅燒。等呀等。。。燒至微焦的蟹膏散發出香氣、非常誘惑。兩種味道中、比較喜歡南瓜那種、濃郁的蟹膏混入鮮甜的蟹肉又帶點南瓜的清甜、非常夾味。至於味噌較為鹹了點、搶了蟹膏的香。三文鱼杍帆立殼燒和醬油木魚帆立殼燒、其實兩者味道差不多、因調味的都是海鮮醬汁。唯一是三文鱼杍帆立殼燒帶有香濃的牛油味道。最後來一客雲丹海苔芋天婦羅、薄薄的漿衣、不油不膩、香口吸引。加入了芋茸、有腍腍的口感、確有新鮮感。
