當中我最喜歡吞拿魚腩和帶子。

北海道帆立貝剛好季節最肥美。手掌咁大,見到都口水流。用了清酒和牛油兩種做法。
淸酒的做法,散發出淡淡酒香,又不會蓋過帆立貝的鮮。

甲羅燒是我指定要食的,因我是蟹控。蟹膏,味噌,雞蛋,麵包碎混入一起,出來的化合作用難以形容的滋味。綿綿漿口的蟹膏好濃稠,食到舐䑛脷。
