To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無寫食評, 但今次真係忍吾住呀!! 呢間所謂日本有六百幾間分店既燒肉店, 以呢個涵頭進軍香港, 每次經過九龍灣第一店都見門口有好多人排隊, 真係好似好得咁~ 之後成日打電話諗住book位去試下, 但佢個電話從來無人接, 一係就飛左去fax機早幾日靈機一觸想去食, 於是叫老公盡早去排隊先, 最後我地竟然由7:00等到9:30先有得食, 好!! 我即管睇下你有幾勁~門口排隊既人勁多, 但行入去時發現點解咁多空檯既?!?! 咁點解吾比D客入去坐, 要人等成兩個鐘呢?!?!?! 好喇~ 坐低之後打算即刻叫野食啦(因為等得太耐, 一早睇定果張menu, 決定左叫D乜), 點知好難先見到一個員工出現, 全場好似只係有客人同空檯咁, 隔左一陣截住一個經過既員工, 佢竟然話點菜要等另一位同事, 下?! 仲要等?? 我已經等左兩個鐘喇!!! 後來我先發現全場原來只有一個經理同一個只工先可以負責幫客人點菜, 咩道理呀?!??!! 唉, 最後好艱辛先完成點菜程序好, 到D野食喇, 又話係D咩靚牛, 但我食左上級牛肋肉、牛舌同最貴既王樣牛腹胸肉, 每一款都好”鞋”, D肉質根本就好吾掂, 一D都吾值咁既價

好, 到D野食喇, 又話係D咩靚牛, 但我食左上級牛肋肉、牛舌同最貴既王樣牛腹胸肉, 每一款都好”鞋”, D肉質根本就好吾掂, 一D都吾值咁既價錢囉!!!!! 至於其他, 牛角飯都係好普通既白飯+韓式紫菜同底汁, 吾特別!! 麻香椰菜更加普通過普通, 仲話係推介~ 咩牛角海澡沙律, 又係得個咸字(老實講, 食樣樣野都係偏咸架!!)

咁既價錢, 咁既服務, 我真係吾需要多講, 老公問我會吾會比多一次機會佢尖沙咀間新店, 我既答案當然好明顯: 吾會!!!!!!!!!!!!!
