To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日下午與另一半來到尖沙咀Pierside bar & restaurant食個下午茶。女朋友喜歡有空的時候,預約靚餐廳,輕鬆過一個下午。今日打扮出席酒店的下午茶時間,心情都靚啲。今次酒店與RMK合作推出新下午茶menu。食物以粉色系為題,賣相好吸引。賣相好精美,總共有十二款食物。我們先點上兩杯紅玫瑰氣泡酒,襯托出下午茶的華麗。心型紅莓英式鬆餅最合我地口味。香甜紅莓香,加上cream cheese的幼滑和奶香,味道驚喜出色。咸食有脆炸杏仁蟹肉丸伴牛油果醬、章魚小丸子、鴨肝慢煮燉蛋。咸食味道突出,水準令人滿意。最愛滿是蟹肉的蟹肉丸,鮮味十足。甜點女朋友最為喜愛。雲石千層酥、草莓大福伴抹茶吉士撻等等,酥皮外層做法非常有心思,牛油味濃香口完全唔會甜膩,柚子雪糕更是酸甜香滑。女朋友心情好,對環境和食物都讚不絕口。
