最近去咗觀塘一間叫Nata嘅餐廳,真係一試難忘!首先講下個環境先啦,餐廳裝修得好有格調,灰色嘅牆身配埋啲木製傢俬,感覺好舒服自在。最正嘅係有個大大嘅落地玻璃窗,望出去就見到街景,夜晚嘅時候仲可以睇到街燈,真係幾浪漫㗎!今次我哋揀咗幾款招牌菜,首先係個新出嘅和風蜜糖柚子醋大蝦配西柚海帶芽沙律,呢個配搭好特別,酸甜可口又夠新鮮!成碟都係色彩繽紛嘅蔬菜,有車厘茄、西柚、蝦仁,仲有唔同嘅生菜葉。上面仲灑咗啲芝麻,睇落去已經覺得好開胃。食落去個味道更加出色!個沙律醬調得啱啱好,唔會太濃又唔會太淡,完美平衡咗啲蔬菜嘅清新同埋蝦仁嘅鮮甜。跟住就到主菜喇,我哋叫咗美國1855安格斯肉眼同埋慢煮牛肩胛肉。安格斯肉眼係五成熟,外面煎得香脆,裡面仲有少少粉紅色,肉質嫩滑多汁,真係食到停唔到口。慢煮牛肩胛肉就更加軟腍,入口即化,仲帶有濃濃嘅牛肉香氣。甜品方面,我哋試咗個香印提子、藍莓拿破崙就係甜品,酥皮香脆,裡面嘅餡料香甜惹味,真係食完都唔覺得太甜。飲品方面,我哋揀咗Haha Pinot Grigio 2023,呢隻係新西蘭嘅白酒,清新爽口,帶有微微嘅果香,配搭啲肉類同海鮮都幾夾。最正係而家有買一送一優惠,所

總括嚟講,Nata嘅餐牌選擇豐富,出品水準高,環境又舒適,價錢都幾合理。全部嘢食加埋都唔洗500蚊一個人,以呢個質素嚟講真係抵食。如果想搵個地方同朋友聚餐,或者想嘆返個高質素嘅西餐,Nata絕對係個好選擇!
