To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

美麗夜景襯托下的浪漫晚餐<3天氣開始轉涼，又係時候搵outdoor餐廳享受一下涼風陣陣的感覺。今次去左觀超海濱的La Serre，間餐廳夜晚開哂燈好靚，感覺好浪漫！我地點左一份Ｔ骨羊扒同埋一客素肉千層麵加上兩杯飲品，當晚天氣真的好好，吹住涼風加上望住個咁靚的夜景，未食都覺得環境值２００分。前菜有兩件麵包，但太肚餓已經一早消化左，哈哈！主菜終於要上啦，素肉千層麵好靚，素肉同真肉的口感的確有些分別，素肉比較淋，不過味道完全無問題，反而都幾喜歡。份T骨羊扒羊味好香，但唔係好騷，份量都正常。對住呢個夜晚，當然仲叫左兩杯酒精飲品relax一下啦!
