某人說朋友去了一間幾浪漫的餐廳食飯,食物味道好食之外,還有很多道菜,說帶我出來見識見識一番,便帶著期待的心情來食飯了。我要了杯橙汁特飲,是帶有橙汁味道的飲品,不是很甜,都不錯。法國牛油麵包和提子麥包,自制特色醬,自制特色醬是蜜糖甘筍醬,都幾香甘筍的味道,麵包有點凍和乾,感覺一般。檸檬汁醃挪威海螫蝦配蕃紅花蟹肉凍,海螫蝦真的好不同,都幾爽口,蕃紅花蟹肉凍蟹味好香,而且又清涼,好好味。龍蝦忌廉濃湯,真的很香龍蝦的味道,原來是用上龍蝦的籽炒過才煮湯,真的好飲。蘋果木煙燻挪威藍鰭吞拿魚配香檳凍伴黑魚籽及三文魚籽,藍鰭吞拿魚很滑口,連黑魚籽一起吃味道很鮮,真的好味。輕煎法國鵝肝配杏仁撻,黑毛豬肉卷伴金巴利汁,鵝肝入口不夠溶化,但油膩感不錯。沒想到黑毛豬卷很香脆,咸咸香香很好味。石榴水果雪葩,石榴味很清香,而又不甜,把剛才的油膩感都能消除,而且又清涼,好味到真的想多吃一個。主菜,法式油封鴨脾配玉桂燴焦糖蘋果 HKD880。沒想到鴨脾皮很香脆,鴨肉又好腍和入味,食下時還帶點淡淡的鴨味道,真的做得好好味。最後的是甜品,朱古力布朗尼配紅酒燴梨伴瑞士冧酒雪糕。布朗尼都幾香朱古力味,雪糕是Movenpic,
