To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日晚上同朋友到觀塘海濱公園旁邊嘅一間西餐廳食dinner，玻璃屋設計有特色，環境舒適，邊食邊欣賞下夜景幾chill。❇️燒法國鴨胸🦆鴨味香濃，唔會煎得過熟，既保留左肉質鮮嫩，又有豐富肉汁，食落入口即融。配料有香脆嘅薯角、炸茄子、蘆筍等，味道都不錯😋❇️日本花魚一夜干飯 🐟賣相特別，花魚食落幾鮮甜，完全波有魚腥味，花魚底部用左米飯墊底，仲有少少飯焦，十分好吃🤤👍👍❇️Passion Fruit Squash❇️Pineapple Midori 飲品mocktail同cocktail不過不失
