🐤油封法國鴨腿配新薯 配紅莓汁
擺盤心思特出,上碟時傳嚟陣陣香氣,是獨特嘅鴨油香味。切一塊慢煮鴨肉入口,質感非常柔軟。再配上咗紅莓汁,提升了鴨腿層次,food pairing 令整個味道更加滑順,鮮甜而不膩。🥔薯仔亦煮得外脆內軟,食落去好香。

🥩香烤肉眼扒配薯蓉及小甘荀🥕
點了五成熟,肉眼扒外層煎到金黃色,廚師掌握得好好,外脆內軟。肉眼扒非常嫩,大理石紋非常豐富。牛扒內部粉紅嫩滑嘅口感,每一口咬落去都充滿豐富嘅肉汁,只是簡單配上調味已經好突出到牛肉本身既濃郁,證明食材本身高質😋😋😋 薯蓉質感順滑,同肉眼扒組成絕佳嘅配搭,加上小甘筍同其他配菜,上碟時五顔六色🌈感覺好fresh 💦
