To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下晝1:40落單,我嗌米線,朋友嗌飯。朋友個飯10分鐘後已到,亦有一個米線嚟咗,但隔籬枱話個米線應該係佢哋嘅,個店員就攞咗個米線比隔籬枱。(但其實唔知係我嗌先定佢嗌先,不過都算啦)🫥過咗5分鐘,店員同我講米線要等耐啲,咁我諗住最多咪10分鐘,繼續等。🙃又過咗15-20分鐘,淨係嚟咗杯檸檬茶,我再吹佢,再過咗幾分鐘個米線先至到。😀到嗰陣時已經一肚火,咁就諗住快啲食埋佢啦,點知個米線食落去係硬嘅!😅我同個店員講,佢同我講全部米線都係硬嘅(但啲米線係完全咬唔斷,好似橡筋咁⋯⋯)跟住個店員就叫我換過第二個餐,我就拒絕咗。唔通又要我等多半個鐘,即係加埋等一個鐘先食到嘢?😰😅最後我就退咗單,杯檸檬茶變咗單嗌 $20。間嘢喺學校附近,第一次食,亦係最後一次食。🤦🏻‍♂️
