To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

輪到選擇主菜時又頭痕了,究竟要選那一款才好,因三款都非常吸引。最終占苗還是選了一個從未嚐過的新口味,就是波士頓龍蝦威靈頓。牛肉威靈頓就見得多,用龍蝦來取代牛肉就第一次見,而且還以莧菜蓉來代替蘑菇蓉,味道竟出奇地清新,吃多了也不覺膩滯,另外以刁草忌廉汁來襯上龍蝦,絕對是天作之合。

另一款主菜是太平洋海鮮燴米型麵,一聽也覺吸引,小弟輕輕嚐了一口,除了有豐富的海鮮外,還用了海膽做成泡沫,令米型麵變得鮮甜味美。唯一美中不足之處,就是用了加拿大海膽,否則味道會更上一層樓。

最後一款主菜是香烤海鮮拼盤,當中就有以味醂煮過的南非八頭鮑魚、巨型的虎蝦及用上18種香料焗成的法式焗海螺,陣容豐富又滿足。

來到最後的甜品時間,甜品也依海洋的主題來做,名叫甜蜜海洋,一層層的實現了海洋的橫切面,海床是椰子奶凍,海水則用上藍蝶花香檸啫喱來比擬,海灘上的各種物件就是乳酪雪糕及其他配料,甚有意境。在此多謝友人的祝福,我又有蛋糕食了。
