今晚帶友人來食日本菜,呢度除左吉列牛,仲有好多串燒、小食...都好岩用黎送酒,慢慢同朋友傾計。前菜$10是必有的,沙律用日式芝麻醬,味道酸酸地,又香又開胃,蔬菜都乾淨新鮮,好爽脆。佐賀炸豆腐$38,輕輕炸過的豆腐,保持水嫩滑溜口感,豆味都食到,最正係薄薄炸衣好香,仲吸再好多上昆布醬汁,清爽唔膩。博多明太子玉子燒$48,價錢相當吸引,玉子燒大份夾抵食。蛋味濃郁又嫩滑濕潤,配埋微辣惹味的明太子,味道更香更豐富。燒舞茸茶壺海鮮湯$58,用茶壺裝海鮮湯好特別好有新鮮感。材料超多,有蝦、帆立貝、蜆、螺肉、舞茸、銀杏...所以個湯真係好鮮甜好好飲,份量亦多,令人滿足。而湯料的蝦,味道仍鮮味可口,所以都食左湯料。串燒雞肉釀菇$58,價錢偏貴味道一般,雞肉都彈牙但雞味較淡,釀菇的好處是更嫩口更多汁,所以都加返分,燒汁味幾重,令串燒更香。海之幸地獄鍋燒稻庭烏冬$178,有好豐富海鮮配料,包括青口、蝦、蜆、帆立貝等,提供辛辣味及日式芝麻味的醬汁,用來拌烏冬食。個湯已經好好飲,有昆布味的清湯,先放海鮮料,熟左放埋烏冬滾熱就食得。帆立貝鮮甜肉質細嫩,蝦肉也爽彈,青口夠肥美,最吸引係個湯,加入海鮮後,更為清香鮮

先食芝麻醬汁的烏冬,味道同沙律味差唔多,微酸有芝麻香,感覺配凍烏冬較夾。但稻庭烏冬特別爽滑,都有點彈有咬口。

最後我加左辛辣醬做湯底,味道唔會好辣,帶有韓風味,幾特別。但味道偏清淡,我再加辛辣醬落烏冬,會更濃更香。
