To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 海南都有咖哩牛腩？！

八月份罰留堂的機會真高，今晚又要陪太子讀書。下晝果餐仲食緊桃花源的蝦子柚皮，夜晚就要捱飯盒。買飯的同事真係大整蠱，亦個飯盒一式過買晒呢度的海南咖哩牛腩......咩話？海南都有咖哩？仲係牛腩？有無搞錯！絕對無，因為個同事俾埋張單的睇，係千真萬確寫住呢個名，23蚊，加4.5蚊有多杯氣水，無花無假。姑且一試，所謂的海南咖哩呈淺螢光黃色，內有薯仔同豆角，白飯另上，是徹頭徹尾大大盒的白飯，以賣相計是完全找不到「海南」的任何線索；咖哩是重椰汁味的馬來咖哩，牛腩不韌，但亦不入味，與咖哩實在有同床異夢的感覺。雖然平，但實在唔好食，不過份量夠，一定食得飽。不知怎的突然懷念燒鳥那個日本仔的超平味噌燒牛肉飯，甚至車品品的魯肉餃同蘿蔔，有時平，也絕對不等同難食的。
