To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 繼尋晚食酒樓外賣八珍豆腐煲,今晚繼續食外賣,因為煮唔切,今晚食大家樂去骨海南雞飯餐,爸爸要紅豆冰,我要芫荽皮蛋蝦丸豆腐湯鍋,爸爸的餐$58,我的餐$60。今年大家樂的去骨海南雞飯沒有去年及之前那麼好吃,雖然味道一樣,啲雞熟得滯好硬;啲酸白蘿蔔和紅蘿蔔稔左啲;無啦啦喺海南雞飯上面耍左黑白芝麻味道唔夾,加重成本,畫蛇添足。一個餐的那碗白飯已經夠我們兩個人吃了,剩返嗰個聽晚用來炒飯吧!煮白飯的米的質素真的很普通,幸好不太硬不太軟。其實如果好似以前咁好味(以前當係100分,現在是75分),食這個餐很抵食,因為醋醃紅蘿蔔絲及白蘿蔔絲已經很難食到了;蘸料泰式海南雞醬及薑油的成本不平。以前我媽媽生日的時候指定要食大家樂去骨海南雞飯。大家樂的去骨海南雞飯好食在浸雞至熟的湯料的香料調味,不是無味的白切雞。
