To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這家是新加坡文華酒店旗下的咖啡店，菜式選擇多，令人一試難忘。首先最著名的海南雞飯，雞肉肉質好嫩好多汁，雞皮無敵滑嫩。沾上靈魂醬汁，黑醬油加姜茸，再搭配上一口雞油飯粒粒分明真的好正。咸蛋雞翼，外酥里嫩。成隻都鋪滿了咸蛋黄，令人垂涎欲滴的咸香。招牌大蝦喇沙，沒想到喇沙都十分之出色。喇沙的椰香，鮮蝦的甜味同辣椒的辛辣味，讓人食指大動停不下來。湯底真的很濃郁，米線很彈牙。裡面有大蝦，魚餅，雞蛋及豆腐泡吸收晒喇沙湯的精華。
