To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2024.12.31 Lunch 🤩真係有驚喜嘅新加坡菜！3樣主菜(海南雞飯，喇沙， 炒貴刁)係勁高水準！👍超好食，唔係講笑！每樣都出色都爆！🍦就連椰子雪糕都好好味😋又想再食啦！💛海南雞，好滑，香雞味。黃飯雖然睇落好淺色，但無敵咁香！唔夠食tim😆💛雞肉喇沙麵，原來係極少湯㗎喎！一上枱果下都呆咗。雖然同平時有湯嘅喇沙相比，幾乎係無湯咁。但個喇沙真係調得好香好夠味，帶點點香辣。雞肉原來係海南雞的肉，又係好滑好食。😎連個魚蛋片都好滑又彈牙！好好食。💛 炒貴刁 。乾濕適中，係令人一試愛上嘅濕度。而且炒得非常香，海鮮料足。💛豬肉串燒還可以，只係主菜太出色，比下去。🍦椰子雪糕船，有3大球雪糕，加菠蘿，同爆珠。好正。#好耐無打咁長食評真係好忙#證明真係好高質
