To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前吃過一間極具人氣的chatterbox cafe，原來太古城也有一家輕盈版的Chatterbox Express.這裏主打新加坡菜，也是米芝蓮星級推介。米芝蓮主打麻婆豆腐系列等等。星級文華海南雞飯幾乎每枱都會點呢道菜。雞肉慢煮方式烹調，肉質嫩滑，雞皮爽薄，配上辣椒醬、薑蓉和特製黑醬油，更有風味。這裏的雞會去掉肥油，所以怕肥嘅朋友絕對啱食，油飯粒粒分明，非常香口，冬瓜雞湯清澈得來非常入味，整個飯都非常出色，不愧為米芝蓮推介！人均消費不到$120，就能吃到星級菜式，實在不錯！
