酒場位於灣仔碼頭內,可飽覽維港景色,讓視覺與味蕾一同享受。裝潢設計走日式居酒屋風格,牆上貼滿日本酒標籤,掛滿了日式燈籠裝飾,充滿著濃濃日本氣息。店內以暖色調燈光為主,營造出一種溫馨典雅的氛圍。十四代 本丸 秘傳玉返散發著芬芳的果香,質地醇厚飽滿,韻味突出,入口柔順。先點一些小吃來開胃佐酒牛蒡漬物質感爽脆,鹹中帶酸甜,十分醒胃。鮟鱇魚肝質感媲美鵝肝,豐潤肥美,綿密鬆軟,入口即化。還加入了蘿蔔蓉,清爽提味,不覺膩口。日本脆海蜇海蜇滑溜,鬆脆爽口,加入了青瓜,使其口感更豐富。味道鮮甜卻又帶點微微的辣,惹味可口。蟹味噌甲羅燒味噌蟹膏釀蟹蓋,蟹膏上面再加上少許青瓜絲、蟹肉和蟹籽,鮮甜可口,味道層次豐富,十分滋味!手打鮮墨魚棒一口咬下,墨魚肉爽口彈牙,還隱隱滲透著甘蔗清甜,美味得很。看著師傅不斷烤著,香氣四溢,讓人垂涎三尺。一藏爐端燒盛合日本蕃薯入口鬆軟腍身,番薯味頗濃,甜度十足。青椒仔沒有苦澀草青味,爽脆柔軟,煙煙韌韌,不油膩。冬菇香味濃郁,燒烤後仍保留冬菇汁,味道鮮美。雞翼肉質嫩滑,散發著燒烤香氣。牛舌鮮嫩厚身,口感柔嫩又帶彈性,十分爽口。免治雞肉棒免治雞肉加入了軟骨,頓時令口感層次豐富起來。
