自從地鐵開通,我對港島西邊都無咁抗拒,老公話果邊有好多好野食,海景又靚,就老遠去西環試下食法國菜啦!講起法國菜,大家即時諗嘅係又細碟又精緻,又唔飽嘅野食,我嘅法國同事話我知,其實南法係好唔同ga, 佢地係好平民,生活係農莊,食飯好似中國人咁會share麵包都好特別,自家焗嘅一接觸就知,外層小咸小脆,裡面好鬆軟,不過牛油就係普通貨,如果係有herb 嘅牛油會更好Caesar Salad沙律配襯太陽蛋,仲有一種咸鮮醃魚anchovy, 馬上提升左沙律醬嘅層次,唔係單調嘅味Starter-Frog legs two ways我個法國朋友最驚雞腳,法國人竟然鐘意食田雞腳,真係好偏XD anyway, 侍應highly recommend, 抱住試下道地口味嘅心態,食落都好好味,肉厚彈牙。兩食嘅另一道係田雞湯,用田雞淆嘅湯清甜,可以dip田雞腿食,或者就咁飲Herb-crusted Bone merrow & escargot係呢間餐廳嘅signature starter, 緊係試下啦…的確係好少好少見嘅菜色,上碟時係原條牛骨,骨髓係自己用匙"不",上面有啲herb同埋法國蝸牛,配上法國麵包,同

係呢間餐廳嘅signature starter, 緊係試下啦…的確係好少好少見嘅菜色,上碟時係原條牛骨,骨髓係自己用匙"不",上面有啲herb同埋法國蝸牛,配上法國麵包,同小小甜嘅醬汁,食落無想像中咁漏,加上法國蝸牛,口感唔會好單一,感覺好豐富

和牛嘅橫格膜,講真我見都未見過,真係孤陋寡聞,原來呢個部分係0脂肪,但係廚師好叻,佢煮到4成熟;外層煎香但內裡keep 住生,juicy 得黎陣陣牛香味…平時食和牛我都唔會食太多,因為太油唔,但呢個部位嘅牛,有晒和牛嘅特質,但就唔會太greasy

又一signature dish, 用左波士頓龍蝦,risotto 用左好多龍蝦汁煮開,再焗,所以出黎嘅效果唔似意大利餐廳果種"生米"嘅感覺,濃厚嘅龍蝦汁,令到每啖risotto都好惹味。波士頓龍蝦,煮得岩岩好熟,爽口肉脆,啖啖鮮味,加上鮮甜大蜆,好襯risotto嘅龍蝦汁,配埋house wine,感覺好balance

原本打算食甜品,太飽了, 不如飲啖酒,歎下海景仲正
