To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Walk-in等位約20分鐘就被安排進户外高台區(職員係咁形容哩區)，一打開門真係俾個景同氣氛震撼到😙飲品叫咗蝶豆花梨子梳打，算係正常發揮，記得飲之前要攪下佢。對上一次食哩間嘅片皮鴨應該係疫情前，隔咗咁耐品質依舊👍好欣賞佢啲皮係脆得嚟無乜脂肪。佢嘅餅皮都好細心係餅、紙，梅花間竹咁擺，唔想整污糟手嘅人可以全程隔住張紙包嚟食，絕對係福音😇四季豆係有啲辣，不過好惹味😋雞絲粉皮都有輕微辣，四小碟係可以一次食到幾款食物，不過感覺一般。咕嚕肉屬於正常水準🙃生煎包幾好食，佢個底係煎到脆，咬開係熱到噴煙同有湯汁😝墨汁好少配搭中式食品，係比較新穎，不過味道比較淡。
