To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位處觀塘海濱。是晚跟朋友慶祝結婚周年，一行7人。提早跟餐廳職員溝通，幫忙雪蛋糕及存放花，職員們都非常好服務及易溝通。餐廳環境闊落，或者晚市又唔近地铁站會較少人，但有時餐廳附近有busking 都唔錯點左烤澳洲羊T骨，雖然等候既時間頗長，但可以食住佢附送既甘荀包，雖然偏乾身但入口有陣口假既甘荀味。 送黎既T骨，沒有羊的蘇味，而且都容易入口，味道不太濃味。 朋友點了黑毛豬架，果個有厭佢有少少硬。整體而言，環境理想，安靜，傾計一流。下次會簡午餐黎
