To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慶祝所以到海港燒鵝海鮮酒家食晚飯首先黎一款菜,瑤柱金菇扒豆苗。豆苗上面舖滿了瑤柱,令到豆苗不會淡而無味,不錯。黎到燒鵝海鮮酒家,咁就一定要試下佢嘅燒鵝啦。佢嘅例牌,有原隻燒鵝髀,皮非常之脆,相當高質素。其他部位亦都挺好食,個人認為嚟到應該每枱點一份。薑蔥香煎正宗台生蠔。每一粒生蠔都是大大粒,咬落去很飽滿。印象中價錢不貴,上枱之後發現原來一桶有成10粒咁多,真係好抵食!必點之選。如果不太鍾意薑蔥,可以改為酥炸都OK。芝士焗澳洲龍蝦伊麵。原本menu是寫上湯的,不過一問之下,可以加HKD 48變成芝士,所以就改為芝士焗伊麵。個人不嬲都麻麻地龍蝦,所以沒有特別評價。
