To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前中學係觀塘讀書，畢業咁多年就過嚟下老師，順便行下觀塘海濱。發現靚咗好多，都開咗啲唔錯嘅餐廳，咁就檢咗呢間可以望到海景嘅餐廳。🦞番茄醬龍蝦意大利幼麵 $198濃郁嘅鮮茄撈上意大利幼麵，非常惹味。龍蝦一開二，食的出係新鮮龍蝦整嘅，蝦肉緊實鮮甜。幼麵煮的剛剛好，不會太軟也不會太硬。🍽️燒法國鴨胸 $188醬汁搭配的非常好，鴨胸很嫩，唔柴，有種食緊牛肉嘅feel。🍹Passion Fruit Squash $78熱情果加埋蘇打水、雪碧，酸酸甜甜非常解渴🍷Berries Combination $78各種鮮莓再溝落蘇打水，唔會太甜，啱嗮空糖人士。
