To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都好想試下呢間cafe,但係成日都排長龍。咁啱今日放假,就早啲過去嘆個brunch。個環境真係好chill,地鋪但係唔怕隔離又車又人又逼,可惜而加疫情唔想坐露天位食飯,如果唔係就可以吹住海風嘆杯咖啡。威士忌木桶煙燻鮭魚忌廉芝士酸種麵包煙三文魚配Cream Cheese呢個配搭一啲都唔陌生。煙三文魚既煙燻味好香,唔係得個咸字,因為佢係碎上,加上本身啲魚比較油潤,入口好creamy。麵包烘得啱啱好,唔怕塊包越食越韌,但係又唔會太硬。睇落好似唔係好大份,食完發現好飽,brunch黎計份量足夠。Latte食完正餐之後飲就覺得唔太特別。好飲既,只係唔特別。呢個價位,如果唔係半自助就更好。
