To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳位置極佳，就位於觀塘海濱，看過日落後見到這家玻璃屋餐廳，即被吸引了，晚上亮燈後相當富情調呢！點了兩款主菜和兩杯mocktails。素牛肉千層不過不失，植物肉始終不及真肉類香口，不過感覺健康一點，大大塊有咬口的千層麵配上香濃的茄醬和芝士，整體還是不錯的。烤西班牙黑毛豬肉眼屬高水準之作，烤功一流，不負扒房之名，烤至香口脆邊，富有肉香、口感嫩滑。兩杯mocktails不過不失。Passion fruit squash由熱情果籽、梳打水混合雪碧，酸甜清新。另一杯Gunner，朋友說就是薑啤的味道。這餐最美味的是烤西班牙黑毛豬肉眼。
