將軍澳臨海住宅區相繼落成,沿海單車徑及行人路被颱風山竹摧毀後亦逐漸回完貌,坐在新開的餐廳內望住個海,好有度假feel。星期六的午飯時間,這裡full house,幸好訂了枱,可以好好享受。週末沒有套餐,散叫也不賴。麵包先奉,是高級餐廳的作風,grissini很脆,而那一小片意式飽就稍為失色,飽的外皮雖然脆,卻有點乾,中間位置煙韌軟糯適中。主食是燉和牛面頰,肉質好腍,一絲絲的咬口,醃製的配料微酸,完全中和了肥膩感,蔬菜和薯蓉份量充足,無需潻加額外配菜。餐後甜品是tiramisu,共有兩條,其貌不揚,食落驚喜,甜度剛剛好,酒液混得均勻,沒有弄濕餅底,面頭的朱古力粉微苦,與甜味合奏出共嗚,脆口的朱古力粒四散,增加層次感,一流水準之作。
