To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

痴住海濱有間獨立西餐廳叫La Serre，佢有分室內同室外座位，外面睇落去好似玻璃屋咁，非常特別，佢仲係寵物友善餐廳，今日就帶我大佬嚟試吓呢間餐廳先，有狗狗既只可以坐出邊，佢地拎咗啲零食比大佬，他表示ok🐶呢度佈置都充滿着聖誕氣氛，對出有棵聖誕樹，可以俾大家打卡，帶完大佬去散步就喺度hightea我哋嗌咗幾款小食，包括有:Serrano Ham&Melon $108 :西班牙火腿拼哈密瓜，佢哋嘅火腿唔算太鹹，味道豐富，拼上新鮮嘅哈密瓜食落唔錯Pardon pepper $68 :呢款青椒真係比較少見，初初感覺佢會偏辣嘅，原來食落有少少似燈籠椒嘅味道，佢用胡椒粉烤製而成，味道又唔錯喎😌Sausage Platter $88 :呢份香腸拼盤，總共有四條，有原味同芝士味，芝士味方面一咬開漿汁滿瀉，芝士味濃郁，另外原味香腸咸度適中Fruit Tea $38 :天氣轉涼，梗係要叫返杯熱辣辣嘅水果茶啦，佢哋嘅水果茶多非常香濃，有百香果肉，夠晒茶味Chamomile $32 :另外一杯係洋甘菊茶，佢哋用咗茶包，清淡而不膩，非常適合呢個天氣飲用
