To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

📍觀塘 La Serre其實觀塘除咗市中心好多嘢食之外，喺觀塘海濱嘅嗰一條街都有好多正嘢食，仲要好Chill。今日就嚟到呢間位於觀塘海濱嘅寵物友善餐廳，佢除咗室內之外，都仲有室外嘅位置，方便帶着寵物嘅朋友都可以黎Chill一Chill。• 日本花魚一夜干飯 $220本身諗住呢道菜應該正正常常，冇乜特別，點知係最驚喜嘅一道菜。佢嘅花魚非常之滑，而且佢個皮烤得非常之脆。除咗個魚好出色之外，佢個炒飯都炒得非常之香口，幾乎係我食過最好食嘅炒飯之一。• 日本豬軟骨墨西哥薄餅 $168呢道墨西哥風味嘅薄餅，味道都非常之有層次，而且材料十足。薄餅嘅外皮包住一舊非常之林嘅豬軟骨，豬軟骨係有調味過嘅，所以非常之香。除咗豬軟骨之外，個薄餅入面仲有牛油果，而且仲有一種好酸酸甜甜嘅汁可以加埋落去食。• Berries Combination $78• Pineapple Midori $98٩(˃̶͈̀௰˂̶͈́)و
