To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

觀塘海濱一帶有唔少好chill-out嘅餐廳，呢間cafe外型係玻璃屋，夜晚有燈串掛喺cafe出面，離遠已經好搶眼。餐廳出面亦有busking，氣氛輕鬆舒服。 大蝦濃汁虎蝦意大利蝴蝶粉虎蝦好彈牙，仲有滿滿嘅蝦膏，熟度啱啱好。蝴蝶粉沾滿大蝦汁，啖啖都係大蝦鮮味。 烤美國頂級肉眼扒點咗七成熟，肉眼扒好腍好juicy。經過烤焗保留牛扒肉汁，肉味香濃。 榛子雪糕窩夫窩夫外脆內軟，勁多粒粒榛子，好有咬口。榛子味香，配埋雪糕都幾爽口。窩夫份量大，食完真係好飽足。
