海膽山拿破崙🧡,八瀧既signature dish,其實我就係為依款菜而黎😌事實證明係200%正確,好誇張,目測海膽份量係多過一隻原隻海膽,先食一啖海膽,鮮甜度爆登,質感柔軟,入口即溶🥹配搭中間海苔天婦羅,酥脆口感中和一下,下面果層係拖羅蓉😍係好重油脂果款,總共要食3啖先食得哂🫣最後仲有淡雪鹽增加口感,200分滿足,巨滿足,certified‼️

整體都好新鮮,咁多款尤其鐘意赤身醬油漬,厚身之餘醬油味好重。另外仲可以無限追加sushi,太瘋狂😈基本上蝦類,貝類,魚類都可以追加,一定夠飽,已經決定左聖誕節要再黎食🤤

白辛魚湯,誠意滿滿既湯😻我食過咁多間omakase既湯物都無依間咁濃,煲左12粒鐘以上,而且係用湯壺上,飲到最後倒出黎都仲係熱,係我係香港食日本菜飲過最濃郁最有魚鮮味既魚湯😚

椰子雪糕,有椰子肉既雪糕!好有口感! 每間omakase都唔同既菜式係令我愛上omakase既原因,每次食都有唔同既驚喜,而今次係最滿意既一次,白栗米湯,蝦油配牡丹蝦,牛和天婦羅,每一道菜都好有記憶點。 chef′s special既海膽山拿破崙實在太驚豔…成口都係海膽,新鮮,份量多之餘,海苔同淡雪鹽既配搭亦恰到好處,當然仲有無限添加sushi…晚市omakase價錢真係好抵,極度推介,但求聖誕節唔好full booking🫣
