Fresh and creamy sea urchin were being used in a lot of the items in this omakase set, from appetizers to sashimi and hot dishes, not to mention the giant sea urchin roll at the very end!! Personally find the 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐧 Set a better deal than 𝐒𝐮𝐧 - adding an extra HKD$200 gives you two more types of sashimi and one more piece of sushi, including the really photogenic seabream sashim

喜歡海膽的話一定要來吃看看這家omakase!! 前菜, 刺身及熟食都以海膽入饌, 最後還有超巨型的金箔海膽卷, 全部都很鮮甜沒有腥味, 海膽控會超滿足(*¯︶¯*) 𝐒𝐮𝐧和𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐧 Set價錢只相差$200, 但後者有多兩款刺身和多一貫壽司, 包括像看表演一樣的真鯛魚刺身泡泡, 覺得𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐧性價比較高!! 整體質素不錯, 尤其炙燒過的壽司魚油香顯著, 入口即化, 是滿滿的幸福感(+吃完整個套餐真的飽到不行⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎
