蟶炒金黃蛋蝗子已去殼,食起來很方便,炒蛋非常香噴噴,食得出係新鮮雞蛋,色澤金黃,蟶子很大隻又厚肉。蔥薑炒海蟶很有鑊氣,而且薑蔥味濃郁,使蟶子得以提鮮,蟶子脹卜卜又飽滿,非常新鮮。興化炒米粉米粉幼細如絲,炒到乾身,材料好多,有鮮味的蟶子,爽口的鮮蝦,仲有香菇,紫菜,花生,甚有口感。鮑魚辣椒小炒肉雖然我唔食辣椒,不過那種香濃的椒香我係好鍾意。鮑魚雖小,但係又好爽口入味。肉片肥瘦適中,佐飯一流。枇杷凍淡淡的枇杷鮮果及果凍很潤喉,仲有粒粒奇亞子,增加口感,清潤爽滑的甜品。當然仲要食燉雪梨,一整個已經去核,仲有銀耳,陳皮絲,飲起來很清甜,仲有淡淡桂花香。
