每次莆田出新主題都心思思想黎,海蠣節感覺幾岩屋企人口味,就帶佢地黎見識下米芝連推介餐廳既新作。酥炸椒鹽海蠣 ($188/2) 六選二海蠣比想像中細粒,酥炸方式有少少似鹽酥雞既整法,甘香酥脆又難得地唔會好厚粉,仲隱約透出蠔仔既鮮味。 太香口既關係,一口接一口好快就清碟。頭水紫菜海蠣煎蛋 ($188/2)上次到訪對頭水紫菜既冷盤一試難諗,今次混入蛋漿中煎熟,紫菜香味反而唔太鮮明,只有淡淡香氣。 反而幾鐘意僅僅熟既煎蛋同蠔仔呢個組合,兩者都軟糯香甜又濕潤,口感同味道都好夾,係簡樸既美味。福建特色海蠣煎 ($188/2)台式蚵仔煎就食得多,福建整法賣相似普通煎蛋,原來內裡好似蚵仔煎咁落左生粉黎黏合蠔仔,口感有點奇妙,家鄉野特色野我唔係咁識欣賞,但材料係新鮮既。九層塔香燜海蠣 ($188/2)九層塔既香味經煲仔燜煮過後完全發揮到出黎,海蠣炸完拌入醬汁同香料猛火快炒,每一啖都係九層塔既香氣。 香就夠香喇,但燜煮做法令炸皮都吸哂汁淋哂,個人鐘意酥炸版本多d。酥炒芋芯 ($89)依然保持到水準,芋芯夠鬆化軟熟,外皮半煎炸至微脆帶甜,食極都唔厭。百秒黃花魚 ($69)雖然屋企食開細條黃花魚,見到king

本來只係填肚之選,原來比平時食開既米粉幼身同鬆軟,感覺似軟身粉絲多d,重點係炒出黎完全唔油好乾身。 蝦、蜆仔、紫菜、芹菜等口感同香味都好豐富,幾有驚喜。
