位於尖沙咀 THE ONE 商場的鐵板燒海賀 Teppanyaki Kaika,是好友阿龍的「飯堂」--他幾乎一星期內有三、四天在海賀午饍,與壽司吧 Sushi Bar 的劉師父熟稔。這天我和 Eric 跟他到海賀吃壽司 Set Lunch,坐在劉師父面前。壽司吧枱上,每人一隻碟子,等着劉師父即做即吃。Set Lunch 的八件壽司是可以自選的;我們當然相信劉師父替我們安排哩。首先是帶子刺身、Kinki 魚和池魚壽司。接着是香軟嫩滑、鮮甜多汁的吞拿魚腩Toro及油金魚腩 Hamachi。一件比一件精采。海膽壽司堆得滿滿地,用料十足,且還是一級佳品,味道不凡;紫菜爽口鬆脆,齒頰留香。右邊是火灼左口魚。生吃時最煙韌有嚼頭,誰知火燒之後竟變得入口即溶,是無可比擬的鬆化口感;兼且火灼逼出油份,令至食者滿口清甜魚油,十分滋味。正當大家讚嘆着海膽之鮮美、左口魚之鬆化,劉師父的終極壽司--燒海鰻--出場。原來劉師父最擅長煮海鰻,曾在日本進修連續三個月,就是獨孤一味專學鰻魚,研究出如何把海鰻煮得前所未有的鬆軟綿滑,嫩得完全不用咀嚼就可吞進肚子。咱們大快朵頣,差點連舌頭都吞下去。可以選擇烏冬或日本燉蛋;

Set Lunch 滿足不了我們的好奇心,叫劉師父再做點拿手的東西,他便弄了個碎吞拿魚卷 Chopped Tuna Roll,雖不及 Toro 嫩滑,但也是極為肥美的。

另外加了份手卷。油金魚 Hamachi 的餡料,爽口鮮甜,肉汁滿瀉。

甜品是隔壁同一集團的 Harlan's 做的綠茶 mousse cake,甚有水準,配合特製的香草 vanilla 醬更是叫人一試難忘;另可選擇咖啡。

整個 Set Lunch 有八件壽司、燉蛋(或烏冬)、蕎麥麪和甜品(或咖啡),合共 HK$180,在尖沙咀區有如此質素,可算是非常抵食。倘若晚間來到,食物價錢至少要貴三、四倍呢!
