To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同啲朋友仔黎，openrice 有八折都幾抵食，海鮮堅係源源不絕咁出，唔駛搶，龍蝦長食長有，魚生有五款，仲有我鍾意嘅生蝦，熱食,沙律都有海鮮嘅菜式，小女子個胃唔夠大真係試唔哂咁多嘢，當然唔少得嘅生蠔，真你好受歡迎。片皮鴨，鵝肝，燒肉眼，燒羊鞍都係師傅即做，感覺好新鮮。呢度啲咖啡都不錯，唔似一啲任飲嘅餐廳出啲cheap 嘢，絕對有水準，可惜佢地冇零售咖啡豆，如果唔係真係想買番一包返屋企日日嘆。其實唔係成日食buffet ，耐唔融食一次，呢間係我心水之一嘅餐廳。
