To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為舊同事的推介及籌劃,最後大家帶同另一半,一行13人來吃這期待已久的一餐!餐廳位於鯉魚門較入的地方,在舊同事的男朋友帶領下,我們就像旅行團似的經過曲折的小路來到酒家。我們坐在近窗邊的位置,窗外可以看到海景,因為吃的是晚餐,若是下午來,可以一睹海上的美景。因為舊同事的悉心安排,所以早已點好菜單,坐下不久,一碟碟餸就陸續送上,連同生果、甜品,一共有11款。最受大家歡迎的莫過於芝士龍蝦伊麵底,汁料簡直一流,伊麵軟硬適中,配上秘製芝士汁,令大家也爭著「搶食」,龍蝦也很爽口美味!另外,我最喜歡的是惹味又香脆的椒鹽瀨尿蝦,瀨尿蝦肉質鮮嫩,加上惹味的椒鹽,很刺激味蕾!當然少不了「啖啖肉」的蟶子皇,只用豉椒簡單炒炒,就已經很能引出蟶子皇的鮮味。大班兩味(炒球)也很足料。黃金墨魚既酥脆又有鮮味。海鮮木瓜豆腐湯很清甜滋潤,櫻花蝦炒飯也很有「鑊氣」,香噴噴。另外還有炆頭腩、油鹽水蜆(忘了拍照)及漁湯菜心(菜不是重點,所以也沒有拍照,哈)。甜品是桂花椰汁糕,味道不錯,很清新。感謝舊同事介紹,讓大家的肚子都滿載而歸!
